Ht. 5'5", Start: 174 lb, Today: 153 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I've lost about 21 pounds, and it isn't easy. You really have to be committed to exercising and calorie restricting. Honestly, if you cut out most sweets and all forms of soda, you'll lose weight. I still have 30 pounds to go, but I'm on my way(:
