Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 15 Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I walked 3 times today, a quater mile!! I had a chocolate bar, I splited into small pieces, I do not eat things like that in seconds,,, I was walking while eating it, I did a little jog, I gave up orange soda, a while back, I dont drink it anymore.. I am trying to lose weight it is coming off very slow like a tuttle. Oh well I was hopeing to be 138 pounds by now, I guess not.. I dont believe in magic pills those diet pills are dangress for growing kids, do not try the ridlen I had it when I was little, It makes you lose your apapite, I would not reacmanded it for kids under 18. Not even for for teens like me who get hyper.. That me very skinny and not eat.. But now I am doing better, eat less, more active, I used to be skinny I guess from 2-10-11 years old,, I guess, I became a coach siter. Horbile, not now, I am too active, I drive my friends crazy, now they say you dont sit still. Anymore, I say that ture, I want to be a healhty teen and never gain bad weight ever again. I better get back on drinking water now, otherwise I will gain all that weight drinking soda, over 0 calories... I am trying to get to a healthy weight, 118 pounds, I am 5'3[2 in a half now, I grew an inch.. I been excriseing latley... I think I lost an inch of my jeans!!!! I used to eat large portions and drink a lot of soda, and sit around doing nothing, bad habit watched TV, a lot, and sat on the computer for 3 hours, bad habits... I used to eat candy a lot, that was horible, I gave up regular candy from my diet, and orange soda, and replaced it with water, vegtabels, and furit, low calorie youget sometimes, instead of wanting high colaried creals, I replaced it with Speical K crela, or oatmeal. I used to do very little activy, outside... I started to realiaze what I am doing wrong? I firgued it out, I was eating like a pig.. I disliked my life, I wanted to hide in a cornor, I was almsot 170 pouunds last summer, I cant believe how lazy I was before, I tunred it around after on 4th of July I said to myself enough enough I said to myself I need to lose weight and eat less and drink more water and less soda, I was swimming at cousin's house.. girls.. They said Jessica you need to be cornced about your health and weight, you could be obesty I was like no no no.. I needed to rethink what I was doing to my body, I decied to stop thinking natgve things... I began loseing weight, the end of July, or early August... November 2010 I got down to 154 pounds,well I binged I got to 159 I was like no way, December 2010 I got down to 150 binged again, New Yeras Day, 2011 January 1, 2011 first holiday I did not binge around March or April I weighed 162 pounds, I was like what is happening to me, I want to lose it not gain it back. It was very anoying, I started eating more salds back of the week of Mother's Day shopping... Hey teens and preteens. Make sure the salds do not have other stuff added that is unhelahty..
