If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 15 Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I only ate one slice of cake tonight!! I broke my fork by mistake, my brain was telling me get more food. I said no and ingroe it, I am quiet proud to ate small amounts of food, not a big plate full of food.. I know all that food was tempting me, but I deafted again, 3 times I deafted it!!! yahoo I did it, and I am to keep going until I reach my weigth goal 118 here I come, 149 pounds here I come, I cant to be out of the 150's you know and I am also going to be a pinc next Friday, I know there will be a lot of slads there, I am going to see how I do there, I am now cantrolling how I eat, I cut my meals into small, I put water in my orange soda, last Saturday, it worked, I put a gorss smell in it. I dumped it in the grass, I drink the diet one once in a while,, I need to get back on track for the water.. I cant wait to be in the healthy weight rang instead of overweight... So far, I tell my brain no for food when I am full, I keep telling myself my brain is lying to me.. I am the way the truth the life no comes to the father but through me but through me.. Amen.
