Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - How I lost around 10 pounds. This is how I did it!! I drank a lot of water, and did track for 1, and two I ate salds, and less candy, and cut orange soda and sprite and largr ice cream cones.. And I ate small amounts.. I also avoied frnch fries, and milk chocolate. As well, chessbugers, I no longer, I eat only hambugers at Five Guys hambuger place, they have it fresh never frozen.. I put furit in my Speiacl K creal.. It gets very boring, having plain creal with just almonds. I put apples in the spring, I also did my sccotor and walked my dog.. And did strechs. I watched my calorie, no higher then 1408 calorie my hight. And body type. Yes even my male friend likes me a lot... And he told ingroe thoses who say something mean about you Jess.. I huged him after and said thank you.. The one I met about 8 years back ... I would run 300 meter every day and 100 meter.. My goal is to get back in shape.. I play my Nintendo DS on long car trips. I drink Diet coke once in a while, not to much.. I used the excrisieng at a hotel in my area.. For almsot 2 hours.. Even I was on my last track meet they had hambugers and hot dogs. Well I only had one and a bag of chips, I ate half and had my couch throw it it away so I would get tempted to eat it.. I even ate small portions at my family BBQS and even at the picn I was at last Friday. And even Sunday.. Oh man it is going to be very hard.. Tomrrow but I can do. So can others, who are on here.. I am on here so I can lose weight easily, I am not 157 pounds anymore.. I bunred that pound.. I know it is about two in a half mounths old.. Soon I will post my currten weight.. hoping next week.. I will be 16 next Saturday.. I want to be a healthy 16 year old..By the time I finsh high school at home one day. I want to be fit. I feel like a new girl already. Not a pig.. Dont give teens and kids. Keep trying, if you are just starting out.. If I can do it. So can you .. I will eat dark chocolate now, it is strange I used to not like it. I think my taste has changed.. I will not eat very high calories. Like 800 that nasty.. I was horifed to have gained 3 pounds back in January after I came from a re treat. I am out of 160's most likly 150's.. I can do it and I am not giving up to lose weight and be a healthier me!! 118 pounds.. I dont want to be fat girl any more.. I want to be a good example for my niece I will not eat junk food around her like MC Donals or Buger King much.. I cant stand deep fried chicken.. I feel realy really good to have lost around 10 pounds.. And my clothes from last summer they are to big.. I tried my swimsuit on 3 weeks a go.. my top was sliding down and my bottoms were sliding down on my I was like no way.. I am going to get rid of it.. And no longer want them,
