If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 16 Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - Hey Teens dont give up , it takes time.. I mean boys lose weight faster then girls.. It dose get anoying.. I was running with the kids today.. Crazy, 4-6th grade kids.. I did volly ball and frisber.. With the kids. My chruch has been doing something for the kids for 10 years now. It is still going since 2008.. VBS.. I am very active with the kids and I am a leader. I looked at the pictures from last summer. I looked at myself a mounth a go. And even Yesterday. I was like I looked like a cow in the pictures I was the fat girl.. I look at them I hate them.. I do not want to go bakc to that path.. Now, I have come so far, and I srank from XXL Womens and now L in tops and bottoms!! I was so happy. And I was like wow you are a new Jessica!! and I want to be the totally new Jessica!! and I want to be a good example to overweight kids and teens.. And have say wow!! and how did you do it? and I would say I ate less, and drank more water, and excrised.. Ate vegtables, and furit. And once I complate my goal!! to 118 pounds I would be totally brand new. And fat girl will be gone forever.. And trust me, I am not giving up that goal!! and boom!! I even had only one Tacoc!! for lunch today with my mom. Soft tacoc chikcen. Low calore!!! less fat.. and no chesses!!! just lecte and tomatos.. And trust me , I dont like frnch fries from MCDONALS or their bugers.. And they are nasty.. Yuck not even their breakfast.. Nasty.. I only eat their salds that have grilled chicken I do try to be carefull.. What I order.. I mean I am trying to reach my healthy weight goal!! and 118 pounds is good for my body type, frame, and bone type.. And my doctor said 118 pounds is a healthy weight for my body type and my bones.. And trust me it took me a while to get down from 157 pounds. I keep forgeting about the scale.. I want to be a helathy 16 year old!! I run faster. I havent ran that fast since summer 2006!! Now it is five years later. And I can run faster like the wind.. I do cartweels at times!! I do recmmand Tic tacs. They are less then 2 calores they are good for weight loss!! there are many favlors big pack. They are not that exavpeness!! try them out.. I like them a lot..
