Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 16 Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I am 5'3 still... I am not really a junk food fan.. To be honest I think it is better to eat natural food everyday, veggies and furits. And drink a lot of water. I cut orange soda, sprite, Pepis. It was weried. For me not drinking. I had the peanut better that had sugar in it. Well it was nasty.. Yuck it tasted like glue.. To me. I like the one that has no sugar at all or corn syupr. Avoid the sugared peanut better.. I feel better being able to find clothes easily now!! yahoo, I hated being xxl clothing and even xl clothing womens.. I want to get into S for Womens and Juniours clothing!! that my goal!!! Im still getting over that headace.. I fell off the small horse.. A few days a go.. Horse back riding is great excrise!! and I am never ever again want to gain unwanted pounds I found 104 pounds is healthy acording to my doctor!! 118 pounds is my first goal!! and then after that I will aim 104!! pounds.. I do march around or dance around with my I pod Touch! I dont like being overweight still. I am not giving up.. I dont be to obses never want to be.. my weight goal is 118-104 pounds is crazy.. I know I can do it!! I would donte my xl womens clothing and xxl stuff I wear at night. They are to big!! I cant to be in S!!! I would go like wow!! I did it!!
