Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 118 lb - Hey teens don't give up to reach your weight goals!! I am willing to help anything with weight loss!! I did mess up on the chocolate yesterday.. I ate the whole thing... Well it was going to melt. I am trying to reach a healthy weight!! 118 pounds, and 104 pounds. I found that would be a good weight for my body frame, body shape. and Bone shape as well.. Hey teens don't try the slim fast drinks.. Not healthy. Please throw up to lose weight .. It will rot your mouth and teeth.. No diet pills.. I been chasing my 3 year old niece since Nov 2010. she is cute.. eat less, and get moving.. I liked the Speical K drinks. Very good if you are a runner. Or doing cross country.. I do get nervss. Don't be discourged. I hope you teens have lost weight!!! has anyone on here reached their weight goal and is now at a healthy weight? I am not there yet. But I am not giving up. Jessica 16
