Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 212 lb, Goal: 200 lb - if i have never said this before im going to say it now , DIETS DONT WORK ! , seriously if you realy wanna lose weight you have to make life long changes, not temporary ones like going on diets, start by limiting your intake of bad things like sodas, cookies, cake, pie, chips . i didnt say completly cut them out because i understand thats kinda exereme =/ like who doesnt want a piece of cake every once in a while ? lol , and as you progress it will be a lot easier for you to just not think about them or want it :)) , THE HARDEST PART IS GETTING STARTED , but after you start and see progress you wouldnt wanna stop ! trust me :D , i love you guys and i know you can do it ! :))
