Message Replying To From Aliza, Age 15 Ht. 5'3", Start: 148 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 120 lb - so this is my 1st time being on the bulletin board, i decided it can't hurt. I guess if you write what you ate that day it motivates you to eat healthier so you don't look bad on the internet or whatever. So today i ate a bowl of cheerios with 2% reduced fat milk,a small cup fruit juice, a whole wheat bagel with a little cream cheese, an oreo yogurt, a "milkshake" (homemade)its the 2% reduced fat milk, bananas and a little chocolate syrup(no ice cream!!!), a small serving lowfat ice cream, banana, salad with dried fruit and lots of vegis, potatos, rice, WATER. it sounds like a lot but its really not bad... i hope :) Heres a tip that i learned to fill you up: for every bite you take CHEW 30 TIMES - ur mind feels more full that way!!!
