Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 149 lb, Goal: 129 lb - Ok so today went great!For breakfast i had 2 fried eggs with pepper,1 peice of toast with jelly,1 small cup of oj also i had a cup of hot black tea with 1 tsp of sugar and some lemon.For lunch i had the same thing but instead of oj i had 2 %milk and another glass of tea.in between i had a spearmint leaf gummie thing cuz my moulth tasted like milk.For dinner we were suppost to have garlic chicken but it never got made so i had a bowl of the knock off captin crunch if you compare tht to my post from the other day this is awesome!tommorow will be just as healthy im hopeing!Wish me luck!(also thxx for makeing me do 100 sit ups Aliza15 lol my stomach will thank me lol!)((also Ryan16 get to those crunches XD))
