Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 120 lb - hey guys! this is my 2nd post :) (my weight isnt so accurate cuz 1 scale says 150 and 1 says 144) so first id like to thank u guys 4 commenting :) it really helps me to know that people care about what im doing! <3 u guys! secondly, heres what i ate 2day: breakfast: 1 bowl cheerios with 2% reduced fat milk, cup fruit juice, lunch: blueberries,banana, skim milk with strawberry stuff, WATER, oj, a few kettle cooked chips with cream cheese (i was suggested 2 try it) -its actually pretty good :), dinner: banana with a little pb, grapes, 1 whole wheat quesadilla with a little cheese, 3/4 bagel pizza, WATER, 1 cup 2% reduced fat milk. i think 2day went pretty well :) ...ice cream was calling my name all day but i decided fruit wud prob sound better- guess it works :) sabrina- keep up the exercising!!!"WHATEVER DOESNT KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER" im ganna post some tips and stuff i learned in a seperate post so people can read them easily without having 2 read thru all this! lol thank u guys 4 all the support! if you have any tips PLEASE comment! thanx!
