Message Replying To From Aliza, Age 15 Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 120 lb - so heres my food: breakfast: small bowl cheerios w/ 2%rdcdftmlk,1/2 cup apple juice Lunch: salad bag w/ 1 hard boiled egg and italian dressing, fruity thing(50 cal), banana Dinner:2 peices lasagna, a few strawberries and peices of apple, 1 banana muffin, salad bag w/ italian dressing, snacks: a few apple peices kind of a blah day...wasnt in the mood 2 work out... thanx guys 4 the support! |
