If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Emily, Age 16 Ht. 5'1", Start: 133.4 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I have been having some problems with my wieght. Like towards the begging of spring and throughout summer i lose the weight and end up at my goal but I am always out working with my horses and doing stuff for 4h but when that ends i am at home and sometimes i exercise like 20 or 30 minutes a day but i dont lose the weight. I know i have to start excersing and watch what i eat more. I just need more motivation as it becomes fall and winter im inside more. I know i need to be using my excersie equipment that i have inside until its spring again but i always dont feel like i want to go do that. Any way to keep the motivation? or for other helpful webcites? please comment thanks a bunch. ~Emily |
