Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 16 Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I looked at horse show pictures last week from a year ago.. I was like I dont like the pictures I weighed 165 pounds, at 5'2-5]2]1]2. That was jsut embarssening and lazyness, I dont want to go back being 165 pounds ever again in my life. I still have an issue on weekends being on the computer for 2-3 hours I need help with that,, I am no logner food binge eater anymore, ever since the beginning of this year . Febuary 14, 2011. March I joined, I gained the five pounds , but then I manged to get it off, I was really frusted of not being able to fit 11}12 Juniours, I had to wear a size 13}14 = 32" waist. I was like what happend, I wore XL Juniours, I was like enough of this ,, I just want to lose weight, and be healthy, I have an image in my mind being 104 pounds at 5"3,, I would have to get a lot of new clothes! I would get rid some of my clothes espelly the XXL, XL, L, I cant wait to be a size M! I hope to be a size S! in two mounths I know that crazy, I do watch what I eat,, and calories, 900 calories is very unhealthy, I cant stand it, I ask do I need this? or can I live without it? I can live on my life not having dounts,, dont give up girls, giving is the worst thing to do.. I am very happy to be 150 or 155 pounds. I just want to get rid of sotmach fat, not in one area you cant.. How you girls? Jessica 16. |
