Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hi again everyone! I'm using 5lb weights with wristwiegfht and ankle weights on so I can tone my upper body. If I do this for 1 hour 6 days a week, how long do you think it will take for me to tone up my arms? I really want to wear tank tops and short sleeved shirts, but its hard because I am not confident enough. Thanks for your support! Maddie13
