Message Replying To From Maddie, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey! So I'm starting to walk with ankle weights, wrist weights and 5lb dumbbells! Do you think I'll burn more calories doing this? Would it count as 2 workouts? Please help. Thanks everyone! Maddie |
