Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 115 lb - So, I'm starting this thing. I don't know how many times I've said that but i think this time it'll be different. I have the knowledge now -of foods to eat and what foods i should be avoiding -exercises that involve cardio and importantly, muscle. All i need now is motivation. I've told my mom that i wanted to lose weight before but when it came to it, i never really tried. So now when i tell her, she doesn't believe that i can do it. Which is understandable. But i know i can do so much better than what she thinks im capable of, i know i can. This is the first website that i think can actually motivate me enough to lose 45lbs. Wish me luck.
