Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Hey guys (At schools computer), screwed up yesterday :(. I ate a little too much. So yesterday didn't count as my 'diet day'. I just ate breakfast, 1 cup 1% milk, 1 cup Cheerios, and a sliced banana = 300 calories. I'm going walking when I get out at 3 with my sisters. Wish me luck! I know I can keep this weight loss up. Everyone has off days. What matters is that I won't give up. I'm staring to walk everywhere! To the library (20 minutes of walking) 4 times a week, to Walmart (25 minutes walking) on the weekends and my usual walking. I'm aiming to lose 8 pounds a month. I'll keep posting my progress each week. Thank you for all your support and have a great Thanksgiving! Maddie
