Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 16 Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 104 lb - I do eat shrimp,it usually both grilled and fried,but not this time! I will only eat grilled shrimp! I will eat sald!with a little dressing,one glass of soda,for lunch at my aunt and uncle's house,lunch meat,mazo,usually,there is usually a lot of cookies,not store bought homemade. Any ideas?so I binge on Christmas Eve,Christmas Day night,there is usually,apztiers,and dinner,bread is hard to resit,and butter. I need help with that,I dont want to reck all of my hard work.From being a size XXL-to a size L! I hope to be a size M Juniours and Missiess,Pites as well.Just want to get out of size L at this point,want to get down to a size M! by January 2012. I hope to be that again,haven't been in a size M Juniours since I was 13 years old. I want to prove my grandmother my sister,aunts I to prove them wrong,my doctors told me 104 pounds would be healthy for me,body frame,bone type,hight,I a smaller then my grandmother and my mom...I want to look good in a swimsuit, I havnet felt good of getting a swumisuit since I was 10 years old...that is 6 years ago.Now,,I was healthy by then.I been overweight for 5 years now,,I want to be healthy by serval mounths!
