Ht. 5'6", Start: 203 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone! Haven't posted in a while, buy here it is. I've lost five more pounds! Im that much closer to my goal!! As the year is winding down I am preparing myself for the upcoming months. Making a schedule of workout times, new workout goals, healthier options, just making sure I have resources to draw upon in case I get a super craving! Im thinking that for this new year, Saturday will be my relaxing days with no dieting or crazy exercise, but ill make sure I dont binge. That way knowing that at the end of the week I cam have whatever I want will keep me from eating bad stuff throughout the week! Good luck everyone :)
