Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 16 Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb, Goal: 155 lb - You know those days where you never want to stop eating? Yeah, welcome to my day. Lol. Oh well, INTAKE TIME! Breakfast: Asiago bagel from Panera and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (for protein), Snack: Jamba Juice Pineapple something-or-other smoothie (which I know is just terrible amounts of sugar but my really cute friend Mikey invited me during lunchtime and I really wanted to go with him lol), half an orange bell pepper, and a serving of snap peas. Lunch: Chicken tamale with a side of grapes. Dinner: Grilled chicken and a small side of rice (because it looked soooooooooo good omg). Dessert: One slice of multigrain bread with peanut butter and honey with a glass of milk. I'd say it's pretty good for one of THOSE days. And I'm hoping to hit the gym within the next two days, as long as snot stops pouring out of my nose and I can stop coughing ahaha |
