Ht. 5'2", Start: 132 lb, Today: 133 lb, Goal: 122 lb - So I've been tryingto get in shape for months, even years but it gets hard. I try to excersise and watch what i eat but i get lazy and i get carried away when i start eating. So i basically need help with excersising routines and help with what i eat. Plus in school for term 4 i have swimming so i really wanna get in shape for that. Also, everytime i have a doctor's appointment he says i've gained weight and that dissappoints me. Next time i want him to tell me that i've lose weight :)
