Message Replying To From Maddie, Age 14 Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 108 lb - Oops... forgot to post my meals for the day (embarrassing!) Breakfast- Granolia bar, 1 cup 1% milk Lunch - 1/2 can Campbells Tomato soup, lettuce, carrots, celery, green beans Dinner - one serving of whatever my mom makes Snacks - Won't have any (I've only eaten breakfast) Water - 11 cups or more Exercise - Going to at least do 30 minute of step ups and 1 hr of biking I just wanted to have this documented: I, Madison Jean H., swear to do the following, starting as of 1/24/12; "I will not eat any white carbs (Bread, pasta, biscuits, etc.), I will not drink ANY (!) diet soda, I will only drink water and milk, I will treat myself to 1 cup of frozen yogurt once a week, I will get to my UGW by June. I will be confident in my own skin and take care of my body. I will exercise for the minimum of 1 hr and 30 minutes on the week days and will exercise for the minimum of 2 hours on the weekends, I will refuse seconds and food with unnecessary fat, sodium, calories or non-nutrition foods, I will not 'clear my plate' for the heck of it.
