Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So I have gym this semester as well as hockey practice. I think this will be good thing. After the season is over I usually just sit around, do homework, eat and read and it's hasn't been a good thing, so hopefully this will help me stay motivated to work out after the school year is done. I've been a lot better with my eating habits I've realized that I'm not really all that hungary all the time so I've cut back on eating a lot of unhealthy things like chips ( I have trouble with doritos and Cheetos) but I'm super happy that I'm hardy rating them! :) how is everyone?? Rachel
