Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 108 lb - Hey so heres my intake for today - (Haven't eaten anything but breakfast yet) Breakfast - 2 cups water,1 cup 1% milk Quaker granola bar Snack - 2 cups water, veggies, banana Lunch - 2 cups water, 1/2 can tomato soup w/ 1 serving Morning Star Farms veggie beef, veggies (Wraped the other half up for lunch tomorrow Dinner - 2 cups water Veggie patty w/no bun, veggies, salad, 1 serving of whatever my moms gonna make (No bread or pasta!) Workout - 2 hours biking to my local park(Not yet, but after lunch) Walk my dogs for 30 mins I feel great today! Go me! LOL Still keeping my weight a secret. Shhhhh!!!! The Super Bowl is tomorrow! My dad is FINALLY taking a day off! He hasent done that yet for a month! I always miss him :(. Anyway, me and my brothers and sisters are having a cake baking challenge!
