Ht. 5'7", Start: 186 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone :) This is my first time actually writing anything here, although ive been reading the success stories for quite a while. Right now I weigh 176 pounds and still have a long way to go. I just wanted to know, how do you guys stay motivated? I mean, my family are the experts on eating junk and fast foods and they don't support me in trying to lose weight. So i guess it gets hard at times. What do you do to keep your mind on the 'straight and narrow' so to speak?
