Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys! Sooo guess what!?!?!?!(take 5 seconds and guess what...hahaha jk!!) Yall know how i have been 142 for a couple weeks (2-3 maybe?) well my scale is actually 2lbs off cuz of the elavation... neway,im 140!!!!!! weeeee!hahaha! 10 pounds gone, 15lbs more to go! after 125lbs i might want to go for 120lbs, then 115lbs, maybe, if i realy don`t like it, 110lbs! it is realistic, im only having 3 meals a day with 2 snacks(probally air poped popcorn or pretzels) in between and lots of tea!( hot water+2tsp sugar+lemon slice,1/4 in. thick+ 1tsp of lemon juice!) NO JUNK FOOD!only on saturdays, i might have a bag of reducuced fat doritos, or sour cream and onion chips from school, thees like 16 chips in a bag or less... once in a while but no over bording!lots of ice cold water and cinnomon!<--- is it spelled right?lol! 1 pound from bein 139lbs, it feels good to know that! it wil be better to be that!also lotsof walking! yaay... sarcasm is the best lol!well im gonna go 2 bed now ill tell yall how the week goes with PSSA testing (Pennsylvania system of schoolassasment) on friday! might post l8r in the week might not hahaha! wish me luck!
