Message Replying To From Maddie, Age 14 Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 108 lb - Yeah, I've gained 5 pounds back and I am soooooo sick of it. Already lost 1lb from my weight gain, so thats great. My new plan - And I've will stick with it :) Calories - 1300 Exercise 1hr step ups 1hr riding my bike with my sister 30 minutes weight lifting - So I'll feel comfortable in short sleeves for the summer in about a month Walking my dogs Wish me good luck :) |
