Ht. 5'9", Start: 230 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey everyone, i've been losing weight for about half a year and have lost 35 pounds but now i've started craving again when i come home from school. My parents are always out and my brothers are always at work so it's really easy for me to get food. So when i come home i will maybe eat 2/3 packets of crisps and some chocolate bars and in the last 2 weeks i've put 5 pounds back on...does anyone have any tips on how to not snack on things because i've been doing alright since a couple of weeks ago??
