Message Replying To From taylor, Age 16 Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I started fresh today and updated my starting weight this time. I went running/ walk today on the treadmil for about 20 min then did situps and practiced my splits for when dance starts back up. im not going to weigh myself everyday because i get dissapointed if i dont lose weight everyday so every monday i will. im also gonna start making short term goals that are easier to achieve so that i dont get discouraged as easily and im also making minor changes in my diet like eating healthie. i cant wait to shed off these pounds :) |
