Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I'm trying to lose 40 lbs as I'm unhappy with my weight and I think losing weight will make me feel more comfortable and confident. I usually only do about 1and 1/2 hours of exercise and I want to raise it to around 5 hours per week or more I also am going to monitor what I eat an eat healthier. Has anyone got any exercise program's or tips that will help? Thanks
