Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 120 lb - You know what I used to weigh 165 lbs at my heavest, I had a hard time going up and down the stairs without running out of breth,its wasn't a good,, I had a hard time finding clothes, what woke me was my XXL Juniours I said enough already, Jessica, I used to drink orange soda in cans 2-4 cans, of it that is 160 per can, .. phew I cansoumed over 300 calroies, from drinking 2-4 ornage soda cans, no I don't drink that to much unless its diet,, but its ok to have once in a great while, I am in mid teens,,, not 16, don't know what's going on with this, I changed my age, the program hasn't changed my age for replaying to others posts, yes I watch what I eat, I avoid deep fried, breaded, foods.. Stay away from them, cause they health issues, if that's being servered at my grandparents house, outside what do I do?? I don't eat much, I ll go with jsut the vegtables, at times and salds, at least I didn't gain the weight back!! yes when I got the candy bar yesterday I split it in half, I didn't finsh it, its 290 caloies per bar, I split the 290 caloires that's ok with me I finshed it today!!! Its called poortizn cantroll girls!!! I know some of yous will disagure with me, I expect that,, I am still 161 lbs!! can't wait to get down to 159 lbs next wek or so !! hope I don't gain it back, if I did I ll shake it off!! and get back on track!! yes my goal is to be 155 lbs by the middle of Septpember!! I hope to lose 10 lbs by the end of Septepber!! which ll make me 153 or 152 lbs!!!! I can lose 10 lbs!!! Jessica17.
