Ht. 5'4", Start: 148.5 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I have some awesome news- I'm in the 130's!! YEESS!!! Haha, I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 139! I actually weighed 138.5, but then I went to measure myself in two different places and 2/3 said 139, so I'm going to go with that. I'm so excited! I'm out of the 140's and back in the 130's and I've never felt better. I'm never going back to the 140's again. Now, we're only looking forward. My waist definitely is smaller, and my stomach is definitely flatter for sure. My hips have gone down a bit too, but I think I'm always going to have hips and a butt(: That's just genetics, and I'm okay with that, because it's not necessarily a bad thing, I just need to get them more toned and firm you know. Gahh, I'm so happy! This week I'm going to do hardcore working out and hopefully by next Sunday or Monday I'll be 137 or so. Hope everyone's week was as good as mine(:
