If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lucy, Age 15 Ht. 5'4", Start: 148.5 lb, Today: 138.5 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I weighed myself today and I weighed 136.5. The only reason I'm not screaming with excitement is because I'm pretty sure that it's only water weight. I just got off my TOM and they say you drop alot of water weight, I mean how could I go from 138.5 to 136.5 overnight? Anyway, I'm not completely sure, but I'm gonna stick to 138.5 just to be safe, and if I still weight that by Friday then I'll really be excited! My goal for next week was 136, so I'll already be two pounds ahead of schedule!(: If only I had known that it would be so easy to lose weight if you just stick by it and commit! |
