Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So there's this thing called chubbby jones c25k podcast and its a free download that trains u to run a 5k and its awesome! I definately reccomend it! :) I haven't been losing weight just stayin around 173 so I hope everyone else is doin much better than I am
