Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 128 lb - Guys I have to say, the biggest thing you have to take care of is diet!! small but frequent meals throughout the day is the best way, it takes some time to get used to, but afterwards you'll almost never feel hungry, and will be less likely to have cravings, this week i couldn't exercise because i had loads of exams, but by maintaing my diet I still lost 2 pounds!!
