Ht. 5'7", Start: 186 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 135 lb - About a week ago i was 186 lbs, and today I am 177! I could not be happier. I have just about lost one pound per day! I honestly did not change all that much. I simply tried paying attention to when I was actually hungry, and when i was just eating out of boredom. I also try to eat things to raise my metabolism like grapefruit, drink cranberry juice, etc. I try to eat 5-6 small meals or snacks through out the day, and I walk my dogs for about an hour a day, or if i cant, I run on my elliptical for about 30 minutes or so. I just try to get at least 20 minutes of physical activity per day. I am so excited to reach my goals. I have a goal set for 150 by mid april and I am already 1/3 of the way there pretty much! I am so optimistic about my weight loss and I really wish i had done it sooner! I wish the best of luck to all of you like me struggling with being overweight. I hope we can all achieve this together!
