Ht. 5'5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hello everyone. I am fairly new on here. I have decided to do something about my weight issue. I used to be considered morbidly obese when I was a kid, but now I am just overweight. I am getting very close to becoming obese again though. Because of how I'm built I don't look as heavy as I am. I carry most of my weight in my stomach, and when I sit I get definite rolls. I dislike being overweight, and I want to do something about it. I can never seem to lose weight, though. I exercise consistently and frequently, and eat very healthy. On the other hand though, I have never really minded being heavy because it's like an excuse to eat what you want. It's embarrassing though, because people always think, "that's why she's fat." Regardless, I want to change. Advice?
