Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I'm going to changlle myself on the BBQ at my cousins house today well I am going to try something that's has worked for kids-teens young adults on this site 've used for a long time on here! well my water bottle I h'd made a great effort there so this time I will I ll be running again for a tryout next month! , no I'm done being overweight I want to move on from that I don't want it to be a legacy for me let my tell you guys being fat is not healthy I don't understand why fat lovers come to this site anyway? that's get me upset & offened. small healthy portions re better then huge portions. drinking a lot of water now hopefully my mirgians re under control now! they were annoying me after a while they were really. yup its was hard to be active sleeping in late getting up late. that doesn't help either causes u to gain the weight back trying to get the wt I worked on before I ll do it again! yes I can ! I ll keep going! not planning on to go the 18+ board I'm not one of the those fat lovers people yes I still think twice before I eat a portion size think twice guys I can lose five lbs before my 18th birthday or by it!
