Message Replying To From catherine, Age 14 Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 100 lb - okay so, here's a tip that has helped me a lot through all of my dieting and exercising. before and after each meal, drink a big cup of water. this will help make you feel full by filling up your stomach, causing you to eat less and prevent you from feeling hungry after the meal. remember, 8 cups a day and if you do that for two days straight you wiill burn an extrae 200 calories in those two days. 3,500 calories equals 1 pound. |
