Message Replying To From Jessica, Age 18 Ht. 5'3.7", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 118 lb - I know 95 lbs is not healthy for 5'3 nor 5'3.7 inches either. I say 118-120 lbs is healthy for me! it deepends on the body built and body type as well. its also by frame . there is small- medium and large. I'm aiming Small or Medium for Junior's or Girl's plus deepneds on the hight. I know the Cat long sleeve shirt I 've can fit if I get down 125 lbs! . don't aim the weight that is not for your hight. u can still lose w.t. + eat healthy. trust me I tried going anxoria once or more its was horrible I was losing my hair pieces. I was becoming weak I was 16/1/2 at the time trust me it scared my close male friend who just entered collage bout two weks ago. I remember when him holding my hand around my arms. pieces of hair were falling on his hands. yes he noicted something was wrong I had my hair down at the time. I remember him being disappointed in me yes my male friend had a talk bout that I was very very very depressed at that time.. I wasn't eating that much I went to a point I didn't eat at all that's no good either don't do that guys. trust me its bad no he didn't yell at me for it, I remember picking up a piece of furit I ate it! yes I'm losing w.t. again I'm moving more + being active yes I'm seriours bout this its not a joke. as I said before I took a wek off at the 4H fair. its ok to take a week off once in a while then getting back on it is the hardest part. drink lots of water! drinking less surgey drinks helps a lot! I want to be a size 7/8/ Junior's M then 5/6 last 3/4 that make me 33 bust + 25 inch waist my hips 35! yes my top part will srink! trust me my shoe size will get to the average size shoe between 7/1/2 or 7. like to be under size 10! I dislike that shoe size. I want to say I did it! yes I will put my success story by end of Nov or middle Dec. the thing is guys Thanksgiving/Christmas re a big issue my dad's family re big eaters there is a lot of food. I want to not eat much I feel disgucted looking at plates full of food at times I get scared of eating. when I get strested out I don't eat at all. I walk my dog at times or do other stuff no use for me to stress eat cause then I gain the w.t. back Jun I did mess up Jul I manged to do better Aug I did great with my eating! just doing more excries is my issue. eating less is better + I 'd be better off without the big portions its not healthy anyway tomorrow Labor day pinic is going to be hard but I can do it! man chips. u know what I ll do a handful that's it! its portion control I think I lose w.t. all over me. wasted enough time already no more besides I 've wedding to be in anyway yes a bridesmaid I don't like being in the double digit small digit w'd be good! size 4-5 Peitit's or Misses Junior's depends on the bust 33 or 34 'd be good umm 7/8 35 + 27 inch waist hips 37. measure the bust waist hips stores don't that so much anymore. also length is also good I'm Petite its hard to find pants at times!
