Ht. 5'5", Start: 147.7 lb, Today: 147.7 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hello I don't really know where to begin. I used to post here when I was little and it was a good outlet but I didn't actually lose much weight. I am hoping this time around I will be more successful. I am looking to get down to 10 stone so I need to lose five pounds (my first weight loss goal) I am a dancer and get injured a lot so I think it's about time I slimmed down get strong and hopefully the injuries will subside. So yeah maybe goal for this week will be 1 kg so by next Sunday I will weigh 66kg! I am hoping to join a gym for their cross trainer, treadmill and cycling. I am also looking to do Pilates. Wish me luck!
