Ht. 4'8", Start: 125 lb, Today: 115 lb, Goal: 100 lb - hi guys, sorry, I'm writing on a phone. I need some advice. I used to weigh around 90 lbs, then over about six months we went on a cruise, and moved, and had a new school, and our six chickens were killed. Now it's holiday season. As you can tell, I've gained weight, but also lost some. I need help with the last 15 pounds. I'm running/walking up to two miles each day, but I need help with eating less. I try to do the eat half thing, but I end up eating the other half later because I get hungry. What can I do? Oh, fyi, my family isn't very supportive... And I haven't been to the docters in a while. Can anyone help?
