Ht. 5'5", Start: 11 st 0, Today: 10 st 9, Goal: 7 st 12 - Ive always been overyweight all my life and decided its time to change ive only started to try to loose weight for the past couple of weeks but I lack motivation!! I've been trying to eat healthy and have started to go running 3 times a week but the weight dosent seem to budge any tips for me??
