Message Replying To From Keri, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Does anyone have any advice about overcoming weightloss plateaus? I've been off track for about 2 months because i wasn't seeing results as fast as i hoped to. I need some help involving motivation and temptation. When i see a food i like and i know its bad, i eat it anyway, but then regret it! Its so frustrating, so if anyone has some tips they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |
