Ht. 4'11", Start: 176 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I just started losing weight and eating healthy. The problem is that I have been getting about 500 calories each day. I figure that it does not matter how many calories you get each day as long as you are getting the fruits, vegetables, grains, proteins, and dairy that you need. I just want a second non-bias opinion
