~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 247 lb, Today: 216 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I thought the more weight I lost the happier I would be, however, when I was at my heaviest I didn't cry myself to sleep at night, which I do now. To tell you the truth I think I'm more unhappy than ever before because now I actually realise how heavy I was, and still am. I haven't lost any weight in a few months now and it's deflating. It's demoralising to know I can do it, because I have been doing it but now it's just gone to sh*t. My mantra always was 'I refuse to give up on myself' and yet that's exactly what I've done. Where did it all go wrong? And how do people keep going when they feel like giving up?
