~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 283 lb, Today: 315 lb, Goal: 199 lb - Well been a while since I posted on here… been on here for over 6 years but haven’t for a lot of years, In January 2020, I was 283lbs on a 5,6 frame a bmi of 46. I decided to change my life and got down to my lowest at 170. After weight fluctuations of highs getting back up to 229, I didn’t get close to my biggest for a while and felt ok. When I lost all my weight I was heavily active and felt great. I started experiencing life in ways I hadn’t before. But I just simply could not handle it. Being hugely overnight my whole life feeling like a monster inside my head. My food addiction and binge eating disorder never went away. It was always lurking. My June 2024 4 and a half years after starting my Weight loss journey I was the heaviest I had ever been. My makeover didn’t lash. I went from dud to stud back to dud. Thankfully I have hope I can lose the weight again. Keep fighting guys. You can do it. I’m proof of it but sadly I’m also proof that like any addiction relapse is always potentially on the cards. I remember being 250lbs as a 13 yo feeling like I’d never lose the weight. To do so was a dream came true we can all do it!
