"MY TIP OF THE DAY" Small portions no large portions. It is very true that when people tend to eat 3 or 4 large meals a day, the not only get fatiged and tired, but also seem to put on weight if their matabolism is low. It is most sensible to eat small portions of food every 2 or so hours. Food can consist of vegtables, fruits, or perhaps just a glass of skim milk or juice. You find that when you eat more often in small quanties, it speeds up you matabolism significantly and also doesnt make you feel as hungry all the time! Mr. Dan:)
