Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Stephanie, Age 16 Hi. I'm 16, a junior in H.S., weigh 160 pounds, and am 5'7". I am a member of Weight Watchers, and I've been on it for 9 weeks, but I've only had a .3 pound loss. I was wondering, since afternoon snacks are my downfall, if anyone out there has any ideas of what to eat. Sometimes, even if I'm not hungry, I'll eat because I have been in the habit of having a snack after school ever since primary school. I'm not increadibly worried about my weight because I've been exercising and eating (somewhat) less, but I would like to see more than a .3 pound change (especially when W.W. is something you have to pay for...). Please help me. Thanks!! |
